New Zealand Shipping
We ship nationwide across New Zealand.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or agreed upon before dispatch.
Processing Times
- In-stock items: typically dispatched within 2–5 business days
- Made-to-order items: typically require 2–4 weeks production time before dispatch
Estimated timeframes will be communicated where possible but are not guaranteed.
Delivery
Orders are shipped via trusted courier services.
Delivery times vary depending on location but are generally:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–5 business days
Please note:
- Rural delivery may take longer
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control
Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and often made-to-order nature of our products, we operate a limited returns policy.
Change of Mind
We do not generally accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order or custom items.
For standard items:
- Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty or arrives damaged:
- We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate
- Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos
Custom & Commissioned Work
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable once production has begun.
We will work closely with you during the design process to ensure expectations are clear before production starts.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
